About Us
Hi, I'm Ludo. During the lockdown, I started making crullers for my friends, and they became really popular. So, I decided to start a company with my friend Etienne.
Why Crullers?
For me, crullers just make sense. Growing up in the southwest of France, we called them "pet de nonnes," and they were a beloved treat. After moving to London, I struggled to find a donut-like pastry made with high-quality ingredients that wasn't too sweet and came in unique flavors.
Our Commitment
We're dedicated to using the best ingredients, working with local suppliers around London, and prioritizing organic products. We care about what goes into our crullers, and we know many of you do too. We aim to offer a treat that's not only delicious but also made with care and quality.
